Exhibition of Russian artists in Turkey
It became a good tradition in the Russian Embassy in Ankara to hold exhibitions of the Russian artists residing in Turkey.
The art exhibition of Katya Mikhalskaya and Alexandra Koks in the Embassy in the beginning of June was a big success. Their works painted in water-colors on wet paper and in gouache drew a true interest of the visitors. They said the pictures are
sharp in drawing and ideal in composition.
Many pictures reflected the French life in Paris where they spent several years. The realities of daily life in Turkey won hearts of the Turkish guests of the exhibition.
Taking into account the public interest to the exhibition of the Russian artists the Embassy plans to continue this practice in future.
