Russian President Vladimir Putin's telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan
On November 25, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, at the Turkish side's initiative.
In the course of a detailed discussion, Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan covered current issues of Russian-Turkish political, trade and economic cooperation, including upcoming bilateral contacts at various levels.
There was also a constructive exchange on a settlement of the Syrian crisis. Among other things, it was agreed to continue an active dialogue between the foreign ministries, defense ministries and intelligence services of Russia and Turkey aimed at ensuring coordination in the fight against international terrorism.
