Russian President Vladimir Putin's telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan
On December 22, 2017 Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Russian-Turkish cooperation in the interests of attaining a lasting political settlement in the country.
They expressed hope that the concrete aspects of holding a Syrian National Dialogue Congress in Sochi would be
