Russian President Vladimir Putin's telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan
On April 18, Mr Putin congratulated Mr Erdogan on the successful outcome of the referendum to amend the Turkish Constitution.
The two presidents exchanged opinions on the situation in Syria, stressing the need to strengthen the ceasefire plan and promote the intra-Syrian talks in Astana and Geneva formats.
They pointed out the importance of a thorough and objective international investigation into the alleged use of chemical weapons in Idlib.
Mr Putin and Mr Erdogan also discussed current issues pertaining to further development of the Russian-Turkish relations and agreed to maintain personal contact.
